Get A Grip Construction Services is a company that specializes in aging-in-place construction, making homes accessible for seniors and people with disabilities.
We are seeking an entry-level or experienced individual to join our team on a full-time basis.
Responsibilities :
- Learn and understand the basics of aging-in-place construction, including the installation of grab bars, wood railings, ramps, and other accessibility features
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times
Requirements :
- No previous experience required, although experience working with tools is recommended for entry-level applicants
- Previous experience in construction or remodeling for experienced applicants
- A willingness to learn and grow within the field of aging-in-place construction
- Ability to work collaboratively with other team members
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects
