Job Description
Roessel Joy Technology has partnered with a Publicly traded industry leader in manufacturing high-power fiber optic lasers to find a Business Systems Analyst.
This position will be full-time and work on a hybrid schedule. This person must be able to commute to their MetroWest office location when needed to be in the office.

You will be a strong candidate for this role if you have 5+ years of Business System Optimization Experience, Microsoft Dynamics ERP, PowerBI, SQL, and 3rd party integrations.
Requirements
Responsibilities :
- Monitor enhancements, system changes, and improvements.
- Document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Schedule and perm testing of configuration or program changes.
- Be the leader of deployment and maintenance of ERP functionality and BI reporting.
- Support 1st and 2nd level support for production control.
- Provide ongoing support and work with database administrators and programmers to troubleshoot.
Requirements :
- 5+ IT Business System Management experience.
- 3+ Years hands-on experience with MS Dynamics or equivalent ERP
- Supporting a Manufacturing environment, including processes and systems
- Ability to communicate across departments for new product development
- Documentation of process flows and improvements
