Job Summary
The Saturday Receptionist is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service assistance.
This entails answering calls and fielding them accordingly, addressing visitor questions and needs, and providing an overall welcoming environment.
This oftentimes includes performing administrative duties as needed.

Receptionist Responsibilities :
- Answer phones
- Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
- Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the salesperson
- Work cooperatively with the sales team
- Filing, scanning and process cash deposits
- Greet and receive prospects and customers
Receptionist Requirements :
- Excellent communication skills
