Position Responsibilities :

• Manage the overall execution of construction projects from start to finish
• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish project objectives, budgets, and timelines
• Coordinate and oversee project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Monitor and control project schedules, costs, and quality standards
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements

Position Essential Job Functions :

• Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and schedules
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to oversee project progress
• Prepare and review project documentation, contracts, and change orders
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during project implementation

Position Skills :

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the commercial construction industry
• Proven track record of successfully completing construction projects on time and within budget
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Proficient in project management software and tools

Benefits :

• Competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $125,000, commensurate with experience
