Key Responsibilities : Prospect and generate leads through various outreach methodsConduct product demonstrations and engage in consultative selling to tailor solutions for clientsManage sales pipeline, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with internal teams to meet sales targetsRequired Qualifications : 3+ years of experience in technology / SaaS sales, preferably in the HR tech spaceBachelor's degreeProven track record of exceeding sales quotas and revenue goalsExperience selling to C-suite executivesProficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
