The Sales Deal Execution and Compliance ( SDEC ) team sits within the Commercial Solutions Execution Team and owns the foundational sales deal execution strategy, as well as policy and compliance infrastructure.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Compliance Manager to join our Partner Ecosystem Risk and Compliance ( PERC ) team under SDEC.

The Senior Compliance Manager will play an integral role as a project manager to lead change management planning and implementation across process, policy, programs, and automation.

The Senior Compliance Managerwill work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure that key workstreams are implemented in alignment with sales compliance strategy and business objectives.

Qualifications

Required / Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in finance or related field AND 4+ years experience in finance, program / project management, process optimization, analytics, and / or complianceOR equivalent experience.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in finance or related field AND 8+ years experience in finance, program / project management, process optimization, analytics, and / or complianceOR Master's Degree in finance or related field AND 6+ years experience in finance, program / project management, process optimization, analytics, and / or complianceOR equivalent experience.
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to drive data-driven insights and actions
  • Proven project management skills, with a track record of effectively managing projects in highly dynamic, fast-paced, and matrix environments
  • Demonstrated experience in implementation of automated solutions and data analysis and visualization (e.g., Power BI)
  • Deep process acumen and passion for automation across Power BI, AI, and other technologies and has led automation projects and / or systems implementations to create process efficiencies
  • Lean, Business Process Management Professional, Change Management (e.g., Prosci), Six Sigma, and / or Agile certifications

Finance Compliance IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $94,600 - $183,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $122,000 - $200,500 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee implementation of PERC Analytics and reporting to enable actionable partner insights and executive-level reporting
  • Support implementation of PERC and SDEC automation efforts, contributing to business requirements, User acceptance testing (UAT), and operationalization and ensuring consistency across deliverables for the team’s automation initiatives
  • Create project plans, monitor project progress, and provide regular updates to key stakeholders and leadership
  • Evolve and implement PERC’s change management framework as we continue to improve processes through automation and Artificial intelligence (AI)
  • Execute function-level change management leveraging understanding of the business to assess the impact to PERC and identify and mitigate potential risks and issues (e.

g., readiness, timing, impact on stakeholders, data, tools, systems, policy, return on investment ROI ).

  • Oversee monthly Objectives and Key Results (OKR) rhythm, provide business support and create executive status reports on key PERC initiatives
  • Monitor the performance of the change initiatives and provide feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Build and maintain relationships for effective collaboration with stakeholders and cross-functional teams, and act as a trusted advisor and change agent.
