Position Summary
Lifeline Community Services is looking to hire a dynamic and passionate program manager who is client centered, community focused and is a self-starter.
The program manager will be responsible for a team of SUD counselors who provide outpatient substance use treatment services to youth (12-17yrs of age) in the North Coastal Region of San Diego.

Required Qualifications
- Masters in related psychology / behavioral field
- Licensed with Board of Behavioral Sciences in the state of California (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC)
- At least 5 year experience in the SUD system required
- Demonstrated experience in overseeing program and policy development, implementation and operations
Responsibilities
- Develops, supervises, and maintains systems and procedures that encourage and support a client-centered, culturally competent, strengths-based and trauma-informed service model that ensures individualized services for clients including treatment for identified co-occurring disorders.
- Monitors staff productivity and completes performance evaluations for TLR staff.
- Ensures adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertakes disciplinary actions if the need arises.
- Works with County staff, COR, School Districts, Probation, and other referral sources and linkage agencies to coordinate TLR client services.
- Supervises the facilitation of OS and IOS treatment, Prosocial Activities, Recovery Services, Early Intervention services, and all other center and community-based activities, providing direction for program staff.
- Completes other duties as assigned.
Schedule / Compensation
- Full Time - exempt position.
- Monday- Friday 40hrs / week (must be willing to work some evenings).
- Hybrid; minimum 3 days in-office. Subject to change on manager discretion and program needs.
- $38.00- $40.00 / hr Salary will commensurate with experience and education.
- Differential pay offered for bilingual skills. EEO.
Additional Requirement
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation with a good driving record.
- Willing to use own, properly insured, reliable vehicle for the job (mileage reimbursed).
- Employment subject to clearances, including background finger printing checks, driving record, tuberculosis testing, and drug testing.
