Job Description :
We are seeking a skilled Commercial Kitchen and Restaurant Equipment Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will install, maintain, and repair commercial refrigeration systems in various settings.
Responsibilities :
- Install, maintain, and repair commercial kitchen and restaurant equipment
- Diagnose and repair malfunctions in various types of kitchen and restaurant equipment
- Perform routine preventative maintenance to ensure that machines continue to run smoothly.
- Document service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
- Comply with all applicable standards, policies, and procedures, including safety procedures and the maintenance of a clean work area.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Certification in HVAC or Refrigeration is preferred. (EPA)
- Proven experience as a Refrigeration Technician and Kitchen equipment.
- Excellent understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration, and hot side.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
