About the role : We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist who will support our Product and Advanced Analytics teams with insights gained from analyzing feedback from our products.

The ideal candidate is adept at using data science to design, test, and implement product analytics and make suggestions to improve user experience.

Technical Leadership and Development : Lead technical initiatives for the HCC Engine, serving as the Risk Adjustment SME.

Design data solutions, QA code, and ensure precision and accuracy.

• Analysis and Communication : Conduct complex analyses, provide insights, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Project Management and Integration : Prioritize and scope development projects, integrate new data sources, and manage upgrades.
• Mentorship and Support : Mentor junior Data Scientists, oversee their work, and facilitate peer reviews.
• Productionalization and Operations : Transition solutions to production, implement efficient processes, and support Operations.
• Stakeholder Engagement and Reporting : Engage with stakeholders, present updates, and align efforts with organizational goals

Qualifications :

• 5+ years of experience in product analytics and data science
• Advanced Python coding experience and proficiency in SQL
• Mastery of end-to-end pipeline development
• Rapid prototyping ability
• Ability to be effective liaison between data engineers and senior leadership
• Advanced degree in relevant field and 3+ years of data science experience / or bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in data science role
• Machine learning / predictive modelling experience
• Capabilities as a technical lead and mentor to more junior team members
• Expertise in experimental methods (A / B testing, hypothesis testing,
• Ability to present complex findings to a variety of audiences
• Ability to guide projects through their lifespan (from proposal to production)
