Job Highlights

Enter new orders into the system. Review for completeness and accuracy. Verify customer information; update customer master database when needed.

Review the purchase order to ensure correct

• Review pricing before order is invoiced
• Check allocations and material availability
• Ensure the correct documentation is sent for exports in accordance to export compliance rules
• File DEA if necessary
• Ensure that all needed Tax certificates, end user, KYC forms are filled out properly and on file
• Work closely with the warehouse to ensure the order is staged and shipped timely
• Work closely with 3rd party logistics team to ensure the orders are ready booked and ready to ship
• Work with the customer to ensure the timely delivery of goods and that their satisfaction is met on every order

Requirements

• High School diploma, Associates Degree preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in in order fulfillment, customer service, order management, or other relevant Supply Chain Experience
• Experience with transportation / logistics and exports preferred
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Office and familiarity with ERP systems

In accordance with Washington state requirements, the established pay range for this position is Min : $61,100.00 to Max : $82,000.00.
