During the training period, you will gain insights into marketing for your agency, agency operations, agency staffing, scaling your agency, and insurance sales.

As a part of the Presidents Council District operation, our team possesses the knowledge and experience required to operate and expand a successful, profitable insurance agency.

Our team, with a proven track record, is best positioned to educate, train, and mentor you, and we can proudly claim some of the highest new agent productivity in our entire territory.

This opportunity is tailored to attract experienced professionals with capital, offering a chance to maximize their return on investment and receive financial support to expand through a proven business model.

The program features the most lucrative bonus program in the industry. Successful applicants will demonstrate a high business acumen and readiness to grow.

You can earn a $5,000 sign-on bonus, $6,000 for office branding, up to $500 monthly marketing bonus, annual bonuses, and an enhanced compensation program that pays 400% of normal commissions.

Responsibilities :

  • Identify new business prospects
  • Solicit new business through telephone, networking, and other lead sources
  • Cultivate ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
  • Generate insurance quotes, deliver sales presentations, and close sales
  • Promote Farmers products and services to help customers fulfill their needs
  • Establish and lead a successful marketing and sales team

Requirements

Requirements :

  • Property & Casualty and Life & Health are a bonus
  • Genuine willingness to learn and be intuitive, resourceful, and coachable
  • Strong self-starter and self-motivated with a sense of urgency
  • Ability to manage a marketing pipeline and sales funnel
  • Desire to actively engage in the community and assist people with their insurance needs
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
