Job Summary :
Responsible for the development, implementation and management of the Branch Retail Training Program. Evaluates and enhances the existing training programs to maximize staff development.
Ensures the accuracy of training materials and coordinate the updating of the Operations and Procedures Manual on SharePoint.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Develops, implements and conducts all platform, teller and sales training programs 80%
- Responsible for the updating of training material used 20%
Qualification Requirements :
Education
High School Diploma, Bachelor’s degree preferred
Work Experience
- 4 to 7 years of Branch Training in a financial institution or credit union
- Must have knowledge of FISERV DNA banking systems

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
- Uses effective communication skills, both oral and written. Must be able to work independently.
- Should be operationally proficient, with strong analytical skills
- Must be able to deliver superior customer service and must possess strong leadership skills
- Must have strong sales skills and knowledge of all products and services
- Ability to identify client’s financial needs and then matching bank products to meet those needs
- Must have effective communication skills, both verbal and written
Work Environment / Physical Demands
- Office environment - works seated at a desk;
- Standing when training;
- May travel to different locations as needed.
Computer Skills / Equipment Used
- Office equipment including personal computer, phone, calculator, copier, scanner.
- Must have working knowledge of with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Share Point.
Supervisory Responsibilities
- Assumes responsibility for the entire branch in the absence of the Branch Manager.
- Supervises and manages the Teller staff in absence of Branch Officers.
Other Duties as assigned
Salary Range : $60,000K- $72,000K annually
The exact compensation may vary based on skills, relevant experience, and other qualifications.
