What will your job entail?

Your Key Responsibilities :

  • Talent Consulting : Serve as a trusted advisor to business units and leaders, providing strategic talent guidance.
  • Diverse Talent Acquisition : Source, attract, and select top-tier candidates for roles where diverse talent may be limited in the marketplace.
  • Relationship Building : Cultivate strong relationships with hiring managers, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Employment Branding : Contribute to building a strong employment brand that attracts top talent.

What you bring to the table :

  • 5+ years full-life cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • LinkedIn, CRM and ATS experience. Workday is a plus!
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills. Skilled at writing job postings, presenting candidates.
  • The ability to influence and get people to "yes".
  • Determination.
  • Strong sourcing and networking skills.
  • The desire to work as part of a collaborative team.
  • Understanding of diversity recruitment strategies.
  • Relationship building, particularly with your teammates, candidates and hiring managers.

The target salary range for this position is $89,200.00 - $117,075.00 annually.

The wage range for this role considers many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, licensure and certification, business needs, and market demands.

The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Full-time roles are eligible for bonuses and benefits.
