Your Responsibilities :
l The Team : You will be part of a team who is responsible for the management of traditional B2B channel distributors and nationwide wholesalers within the core office domain.
l Market Expertise : You will conduct market research and competition analysis and help identify product opportunities
l Product Expertise : You will focus on product research, product line development, and product pricing
l Management : You will manage multiple key product categories in core office products and work closely with the sales dept.
to strategize each category towards the B2B channel.
l Product Growth : You will collaborate with the sales department to define product roadmaps and drive initiatives aimed at accelerating product growth and market penetration
l Occasional Travel : You will travel up to 25% of the time to visit important customers with the sales team and attend trade shows.
Travel to China a few times per year
What We Are Looking For :
l 5+ years in a product manager role with increased responsibility
l Experience and ability to manage multiple core office product categories such as Tape, Glue, Writing Instruments, Binders, Filing, Office Supplies etc..
l Experience working in a global organization
l Proven analytical, commercial and financial skills with a bachelor’s degree
l The head office is based in Irvine, California with remote working option
