This position involves complete project responsibility, including scheduling, coordination, and management of field commitments.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of drywall and metal framing, strong organizational skills, and the ability to lead a team to ensure project success.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to : -Take full responsibility for project labor and material scheduling, coordination, and field commitments to see the project to success.

• Manage field personnel, prepare work schedules, and assign specific duties.-Interpret and blueprints, designs, and contract terms to manage onsite installation.
• Provide daily quality control to ensure high standards are met.-Maintain positive relationships with customers, contractors, suppliers, and employees.
• Mitigate delays and damages due to bad weather or emergencies on site.-Ensure all project sites are clean and organized.
• Order materials and schedule necessary inspections.-Keep cost records on work performed, including change orders and materials.
• Communicate daily with the project manager.The ideal candidate should possess : -Extensive knowledge of Commercial Interiors, including;

steel studs, metal framing, drywall, acoustical ceilings, floorings, baseboard, doors, paint, etc.-Working knowledge of the construction industry, including reading plans, layouts, and prints.

• Ability to schedule projects logically and budget the time required to meet deadlines.-Ability to multitask effectively to complete daily tasks in time-sensitive projects.
• Experience in coordinating all site construction activities and supervising field personnel to complete jobs on schedule and within budget.
• Skilled in determining field requirements and assist with training new employees.-Proficiency with cloud-based technologies such as schedule grids and email.
• Ability to inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes and to ensure quality standards are met.
• Capable of providing layout for new drywall partitions.-Fluent in English; the ability to communicate in Spanish is strongly preferred.
