- Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Marketing.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in similar role.
- Must be able to communicate well at all levels.
- Ability to analyze, organize and administer.
- Knowledge of PC and software especially spreadsheet is necessary.
- Ability to plan, organize and interpret sales and market trends / information.
- Must possess adaptability to changes, new ideas and instructions.
Job Responsibilities
1.Product Group Sales
a. Responsible for all Cat and non-Cat product line sales
b. Monitor and manage sales performance of all product line
c. Identify opportunities and work with branch sales personnel to achieve sales target
d. Provide sales support to Branches for all product lines
2.Competitive Information
a. Analyze and report competitive activities
b. Track and record competitive pricing
c. Conduct regular analysis of competitor strengths and weaknesses
d. Work with Branches to gather competitive information
3.Maintain an information library pertaining to sales, product, technical and promotional material to act as an information center for SDI functional areas and enable to render prompt sales assistance if required.
4.Carry out product support sales functions or any other duties as instructed by management.
5.Assist the branch sales force to achieve the budgeted sales and collection targets.
6.Effectively promote parts campaigns / programs / promotions nationwide.
7.Conduct CAT Care Schools / Product Training for customers / Product Support Specialists (PSSs) on an as-and-when basis.
8.Provide sales support to Branches & liaise with CAT pertaining to product issues, development & implementation of sales plan.
9.Identify and expand new business / product sales opportunities to non-Cat parts and service.
10.Work with service department to promote service sales merchandising programs to enhance parts through service sales.
11.Actively promote support program such as S.O.S, CTS / MIP / EIP through Cat Care Training and Customer Support Agreement.
12.Work closely with other Departments namely Service, Parts Operations, Sales in promoting company’s total product support efforts to grow product support activities.
