Yoh has an exciting opportunity for Sr. Project Manager. This position will help support critical company initiatives-primarily focused on the implementation of ServiceNow’s HR Service Delivery (HRSD).
We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable individual to help spearhead our transformative effort aimed at centralizing and standardizing information resources.
Title : Sr. Project Manager (ServiceNow HRSD)
Salary : $75-$85 / hour DOE
Location : Miami, FL
Type : Contract / Hybrid
Responsibilities :
- End-to-end accountability for precision and thoroughness throughout all implementation phases.
- Evaluate current knowledge assets and frameworks to help define project strategy
- Collaborate with the team to craft a phased Self-Service strategy for each project phase
- Partner with the system implementer to establish taxonomy and future-oriented knowledge organization approaches.
- Mobilize cross-functional resources for seamless integration into the platform, enhancing self-service capabilities.
- Develop a sustainable operational content governance approach for ongoing management post-implementation
- Define cross-functional team structures, and establish review and maintenance protocols to ensure ongoing accuracy and relevance.
Requirements :
- Prior experience in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD)
- Expert in change management.
- ServiceNow HRSD certifications is highly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field- or relative working experience
