About the role :

The Off Duty Officer (ODO) provides a safe and secure environment for the client. Must be flexible and possess the ability to function in stressful situations.

Ability to work independently and provide exceptional customer service to our clients. Build a safe and friendly setting for visitors and clients in a professional manner as well as safeguarding client assets.

Observe for unusual activity and respond immediately and safely to emergency situations on-site.

Shift Details :

• F4L 378 (Sun) 12 : 45 to 21 : 15
• F4L 359 (Sat) 14 : 00 to 22 : 30
• Ralph's 185 (Sat) 16 : 30 to 01 : 00

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING :

• Observe and report
• Detect suspicious activities
• Provide other services as specified by the Post Orders
• Report all incidents, accidents, or medical emergencies
• Handle crisis situations at the client site calmly and efficiently
• Conduct yourself professionally
• Be visible and greet incoming customers at entrances and exits of the store
• Detect suspicious activities (case building)

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE :

• MUST HAVE A PC-832
• MUST HAVE VALID GUARD CARD
• MUST HAVE VALID EXPOSED FIREARM PERMIT (HOLLOW POINTS ONLY, 10 ROUND MAGS ONLY)
• MUST HAVE VALID BATON, PEPPER GEL SPRAY, AND TASER PERMIT
• MUST HAVE BODY CAM AND EXTERIOR VEST
• MUST HAVE MILITARY, POLICE / LAW ENFORCEMENT AND OR CORRECTIONAL OFFICER BACKGROUND
