Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute creative strategies that drive client success :
- Utilize data, research, and creative insights to inform strategy.
- Analyze advertising data from platforms like Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
- Conduct consumer, product, and competitor research.
- Collaborate with production teams to produce engaging video and static image ads.
- Write scripts and copy that align with the overall creative strategy.
- Provide and implement feedback to refine creative outputs.
- Continuously analyze results from creative tests and iterate on strategies to improve performance.
Weekly strategic account planning :
- Take responsibility for the strategic planning of 1-3 client accounts.
- Identify top-performing concepts using data-driven insights.
- Stay up-to-date on effective trends and concepts within the social media ecosystem.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing or direct response advertising.
- Proven track record in creating social media digital ads, especially in beauty, fashion, or wellness.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Hands-on experience with ad management platforms like FB Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, YouTube, or Snapchat.
- Ability to analyze data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly present complex ideas.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving industry.
- Comfortable using Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides).
Location :
Downtown Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid) The role offers a blend of in-office and remote work flexibility, with in-person collaboration 1-2 days per week.
Compensation and benefits :
- The expected range of starting pay for this role is $100,000 $115,000 annually plus a great bonus!
