JOBSUMMARY :

Theprimary function of the Relationship Manager / Sales Rep is to growcreate and increase revenue

and number ofmerchants within an assigned territory through sales and buildinglongterm relationships

primarily with referralsources and associated merchants. This role will target growth fromexisting

customers and new potentialcustomers / prospects for Banc Cardsbusiness.

JOB DUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES :

Builds andmaintains a network of bank partners from which to identify newsales leads.

Sell new merchant accounts whetherselfsourced or referred by referral sources.

Communicates with customers and leads to identify and understandtheir product or service needs;

identifies andsuggests products and services to meet thoseneeds.

Demonstrates the functions and utility ofproducts or services to customers based on theirneeds.

Ensures customer satisfaction throughongoing communication and relationship management;resolves

any issues that may arisepostsale.

Maintains communication with existingand previous customers alerting them of newproducts

services and enhancements that may be ofinterest.

Reviews and utilizes reports regardingsales activities including calls sales lost business andany

customer or vendor relationshipissues.

Performs other duties asassigned.

EDUCATION ANDEXPERIENCE :

Bachelors degreepreferred in Marketing Sales Business Communication or relatedfield

Two (2) years of sales experiencepreferred.

KNOWLEDGESKILLS AND ABILITIES :

Excellentinterpersonal and customer service skills.

Excellent sales and negotiation skills.

Stronganalytical and problemsolving skills.

Proficientwith Microsoft Office Suite and / or relatedsoftware.
