Job Summary

As a Senior Solution Architect within the Pharmacy Services Finance Business Intelligence, Automation, & Advanced Analytics organization, you’ll have the opportunity to become a trusted consultant to the CFO organization, driving broad solution architecture and integration of large-scale analytics efforts.

This role will directly influencenew technical development, partnering with Project Managers, Business Analysts, and BI Engineers to appropriately design and solution new analytics products across multiple disparate systems, applications, and technologies.

You’lloffer governance and architectural guidance to technical teams creating a broad data-driven ecosystem, ensuring products are built to scale sustainably.

Job Responsibilities

Provide broad architecture and solution oversight across BI disciplines

Partner directly with business analysts to provide technical insight, assist with identifying appropriate source systems, and tie new development to existing infrastructure

Work closely with internal analysts and engineers to appropriately design broad and holistic models that integrate cross-functionally

Provide development recommendations to technical teams, ensuring new products adhere to broader architecture and infrastructure goals

Influence across Business Intelligence, Automation, & Analytics as well as the broader Finance organization to drive appropriate upstream development, governance, and education

Design appropriate "big picture" documentation that facilitates cross-discipline architecture and integration (i.e.technical operating models, cross-platform mapping, etc.)

Engage early in new product development to identify potential systemic risks, prevent development duplication, and support technical requirements

Basic Qualifications

5+ years of experience developing data & analytics products

3+ years of experience designing architecture for data solutions that enables scalability and sustainability

3+ years of experience within a finance organization that leverages SAP S / 4HANA

3+ years of experience crafting technical documentation to be referenced by data engineers and analysts

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree in a STEM field

Experience with public cloud platforms

Experience leading technical analytics projects or teams

Ability to identify potential technical problems and craft innovate solutions to overcome them

Experience working in an agile project environment

Exceptional written and oral communication skills with the ability to influence at multiple levels of the organization

Ability to work quickly under potentially ambiguous circumstances

Education

Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or STEM field

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is :

$97,335.00 - $201,900.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.

The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.

This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
