Position Overview :
We are seeking a talented and experienced System Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and supporting gaming and casino systems, including Oasis.
This role will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and optimal performance of our systems infrastructure.
Responsibilities :
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as system updates, patches, and backups specifically for Oasis.
- Monitor Oasis system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Implement and maintain security measures to protect Oasis systems against unauthorized access and data breaches.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to design and implement new systems and infrastructure improvements related to Oasis.
- Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, resolving any Oasis-related issues promptly and effectively.
- Document Oasis system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a System Administrator.
- Experience supporting gaming and casino systems such as Oasis
- Familiarity with security best practices and industry standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
