We’re looking to hire a Program Manager (IT) V 21742 for a Global online marketplace platform, a dynamic, inclusive culture, championing innovation and global commerce while empowering individuals and creating unparalleled economic opportunities.
You’ll join the Program Management team to implement governance frameworks for technology and machine learning systems, ensuring compliance and tracking progress on responsible AI initiatives.
This is a 1-3 month of contract opportunity. The role is located in San Jose CA and is fully on-site.
Program Manager (IT) V 21742 Responsibilities :
Define requirements for tracking mechanisms related to responsible AI objectives and develop strategic initiatives that will be rolled out company wide.
Build a strong and aligned program to efficiently deliver on responsible AI priorities.
Define and track key metrics and key quality and performance indicators and drive cross-functional execution of program deliverables.
Collaborate with Legal, AI, UX, Privacy, Data Governance, Engineering, policy leads, and business owners to define governance program requirements, set priorities, and establish scope, which includes defining Responsible AI requirements and long-term strategy.
Manage cross-functional dependencies, risks, and changes effectively by optimizing scope, schedule, and resources accordingly.
Develop and own communication plans to effectively and proactively communicate program status, issues, and risks to team members.
Program Manager (IT) V 21742 Requirements :
Must have experience being a part of or spearheading technology governance activities- (ie., previously built out a privacy risk data and applying it to the AI space).
Evaluating technology maturity- flag risks, evaluate, and help navigate possible solutions.
ServiceNow, Jira experience.
Having some experience with data set analysis- should feel comfortable if they had to work with a team and helping them manage their data.
Stakeholder management experience.
