Join our Solutions & Services team at data.world, where you will play a critical role in supporting our Partnerships team by bridging technical expertise and strategic business insights.

In this role, you will enhance the capabilities of our channel partners, equipping them with the tools and knowledge needed to excel in deploying data governance, AI, and data cataloging solutions.

Your efforts will be pivotal in enabling partners to fully leverage the transformative power of the data.world platform.

As a key member of the Solutions team, you'll be at the forefront of consultation and strategy execution, developing tailored enablement programs and leading technical presentations at industry events.

Your work will ensure that our partners are not only prepared but are leaders in their fields, capable of transforming complex data challenges into opportunities for innovation and growth.

At data.world, you will :

Serve as the primary technical resource for channel partners and internal Partner Account Managers (PAMs), ensuring they have the knowledge and resources needed for success.

Respond to technical queries with clarity and precision, enhancing partner capabilities and readiness. Support initial partner queries for customer projects.

Reporting directly to the Vice President of Solutions & Services and collaborating closely with the Vice President of Alliances, you will be accountable for supporting the alliance team's strategy and goals, and for expanding our partner ecosystem and offerings.

  • Support partners from a technical and solutioning perspective in their opportunity discovery and data.world-related service delivery.
  • Develop comprehensive training and certification programs tailored specifically for channel partners, focusing on technical mastery, sales strategies, and practical applications of our data catalog, governance suite, and AI tools.
  • Create detailed, engaging training materials, guides, and e-learning modules designed to boost partners' technical understanding and operational expertise in data management and AI applications.
  • Represent our company at large conventions and partner events, presenting the capabilities of the data.world platform to a diverse audience ranging from partner prospects to seasoned service providers.

Your presentations will highlight the value and unique advantages of our solutions, enhancing partner engagement and recruitment.

  • Work closely with partner marketing to ensure proper technical feedback is provided, and incorporated.
  • Maintain regular interaction with partners from the onset to assess their ongoing training needs and gather feedback.
  • Develop and refine metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, measuring their impact on partner performance, sales success, and overall business outcomes.
  • Be prepared to travel up to 40% within the US, leading hands-on training sessions and building strong relationships with partners.

Your direct engagement will be crucial in fostering trust and commitment among our partners.

We'd love to see :

  • At least 5 years in technical roles or customer-facing consulting positions, with 3+ years as a Solutions Architect, Solutions Consultant, or Solutions Engineer.
  • Strong technical knowledge of data catalogs, data governance processes, and tools, particularly those that enhance report monitoring and AI capabilities.
  • Exceptional ability to communicate complex data concepts and instruct various audiences, tailored to partner needs.
  • Proven experience in developing structured training programs and instructional design.
  • Robust project management skills, capable of handling multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience with LLMs, AI, and their applications in data management.

Big pluses include :

  • Familiarity with RDF, SPARQL, and other semantic web technologies.
  • Experience in the data governance, catalog, and quality ecosystem.
  • Knowledge of large-scale enterprise architecture and common technology stacks used in data management.
  • A basic grasp of the principles of LLMs and AI, especially as they apply to data processes.
