Position : Plaintiff's Commercial Litigation Attorney
Location : Houston, TX
I am working with a dynamci Plaintiff Law Firm that is seeking a Plaintiff's Commercial Litigation Attorney to work on a fresh dockett of cases.
The ideal canddidate will have 5 years litigating commercial cases for this firm.
Responsibilities and Qualifications of the Plaintiff's Commercial Litigation Attorney :
- Trial experience is required.
- Briefing and research skills required. Previous experience drafting appellate briefs; and appellate oral arguments preferred but not required.
- Graduated Law School in the top 1 / 3rd of the class.
- Personal injury experience is preferred, but not required.
