We are seeking a proactive and technically proficient individual to assume the position of ERP
Specialist (Infor Syteline) with a focus on the Production / Planning modules. The ERP Specialist is responsible for the efficient and effective management of data within the organization's ERP system, specifically Inventory Control, Material Planning, and Manufacturing.
This role involves ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security, as well as optimizing data processes to support business operations.
Compensation :
$65,000 - $75,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
- Accurately input, update, and maintain data in the Infor Syteline ERP system.
- Utilize knowledge and experience with ERP to administer and further develop our planning and scheduling operations.
- Analyze production workflows and identify areas for improvement within the ERP system.
- Collaborate with production, quality assurance, and supply chain teams to gather requirements and optimize ERP functionalities.
- Provide training and support to production staff, ensuring effective use of ERP tools for planning, scheduling, and inventory management.
- Troubleshoot ERP-related issues in the production environment and implement solutions quickly to minimize downtime.
- Assist in developing the Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine) Planning & Scheduling system supporting the business unit.
- Daily order review and update of all production-related dates in SyteLine including Due Dates, Job Release Dates, and Planning BOMs for Configured products.
- Works with Production Manager and Production Planner to coordinate production plans and release dates.
- Establish and enforce data quality standards. Identify opportunities to improve data-related processes.
- Collaborate with IT teams to enhance ERP system performance and maintain documentation of data processes, procedures, and best practices.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as an ERP Specialist or similar role, with hands-on experience in ERP system management (e.g., Syteline Acumatica, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a fully integrated ERP System.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Thorough understanding of company processes and procedures.
- Excellent communication ability.
- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to collaborate with multiple user groups of all levels when maximizing the ERP product's capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Mgmt., Logistics, Project Mgmt., or related field preferred.
- At least 10 years experience in a manufacturing setting in lieu of degree required.
