We are seeking to fill the position of Restorative Nursing Aide - RNA - Part-Time .

Restorative Nursing Aide - RNA Job Summary :

• Assist residents with the restorative nursing program : range of motion, ambulation, verbal / tactile cueing / instruction.
• Ambulate residents as instructed with or with-out self-help devices.
• Work closely with therapy departments for appropriate training.
• Answer signal lights and bells to determine resident needs.
• Assist residents with grooming, oral hygiene, bathing, hair and incontinence care.
• Obtain food trays and assists residents with feeding.
• Provides for personal care and comfort.
• Assist with movement to wheelchair or activity areas.
• Communicate changes in residents’ clinical condition.

Restorative Nursing Aide - RNA Requirements :

• CNA Certification (active on the Health Care Worker Registry).
• SNF and LTC experience preferred.
• Restorative nursing experience preferred.
• Ability to work every other weekend.
• CPR certified.
• Point Click Care (PCC) experience preferred.
