Medical Records AssistantChildren’s Clinics is seeking a Full-Time (English / Spanish) Medical Records Assistant.As a member of the team, the Medical Records Assistant is responsible for maintaining confidentiality of records and ensuring they are complete, accurate, and adhere to Joint Commission, state, and federal standards.
This position is responsible for : Collect, coordinate, maintain and release patient medical records as per facility established policies and proceduresEnsures the completeness and availability of all patient medical records as neededMaintains medical records functions to include pulling, copying, and filing, assembling, and retrieving patient recordsEnsures releases of information are HIPAA compliant.
