What You’ll Do :
Lead and execute civil engineering projects, applying practical design methods and civil engineering principles.
Perform and check medium-complexity design calculations , develop layouts, and prepare comprehensive reports for clients and regulatory agencies.
Conduct fieldwork for data collection, construction support, and project tie-ins.
Develop construction specifications and research zoning and land development codes.
Assist with drafting project drawings and review submittals for accuracy.
Lead small teams, ensuring projects stay on scope, budget, and timeline.
Estimate project hours and assess quality to ensure project success.
What We’re Looking For :
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
PE License (required).
4-6 years of experience in civil-site development within industrial, commercial, government, or infrastructure sectors .
Strong knowledge of ASCE, ACI, AASHTO, AREMA, NRCS, and NFPA standards.
Proficiency with civil stormwater analysis tools (e.g., SSA, HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS).
AutoCAD proficiency; experience with Civil3D is a plus!
