ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS :
Lead pursuit strategies and plans for marketing efforts, working in close collaboration with leadership and other Transwestern team members.
Drive initiatives that enhance marketing efforts and align with team objectives.
Ideate, write, design, and deliver proposals, presentations, and other marketing collateral, ensuring they are on brand and meet required deadlines.
Carry assignments from initial kick-off through submission and / or completion.
Develop new materials as needed to support business development activities.
Maintain marketing collateral, resources, and information systems to support the marketing team’s efforts and streamline requests.
Collaborate with other marketing team members on special projects to elevate the quality of marketing efforts.
Strategically collaborate with senior leadership to craft winning strategies and compelling narratives.
Efficiently develop clear infographics, schedules, organization charts related to pursuits.
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, Architecture, Business related discipline.
4+ years of marketing experience.
Prior commercial real estate preferred.
Prior experience in the A / E / C or CRE industry required.
High proficiency in InDesign and Acrobat
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) is preferred.
Excellent understanding and use of foundational graphic design principles (hierarchy, color theory, space, font selection, balance, alignment, etc.
to develop short and long form materials are necessary.
Knowledge of basic printing and binding techniques preferred.
Ensure timely completion of multiple marketing projects, maintaining high efficiency in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills to coordinate and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail excellent proofreading and editing skills.
Ability to maintain discretion regarding personnel and industry-related matters.
Compensation Range : $70,000 - $85,000
