Are you a seasoned Warehouse Supervisor seeking an opportunity to lead and excel in a dynamic environment? We are on the lookout for an experienced professional to oversee and elevate our daily warehousing and shipping operations.

As our Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in driving production, ensuring quality standards, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities :

• Excellence in Operations : Strive for excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching, and maintaining the quality of goods, ensuring our customers receive top-notch service.
• Performance Optimization : Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing and shipping activities while empowering our team members to achieve peak performance.
• Inventory Management : Organize and optimize inventory and storage areas to ensure accuracy and efficiency in shipments and transactions.
• Shipping Coordination : Oversee shipping processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers, maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
• Leadership and Development : Coach and mentor warehouse personnel, setting clear job expectations, determining staffing levels, and fostering a culture of growth and accountability.
• Customer Engagement : Interface with customers to address inquiries, provide solutions, and reinforce our commitment to exceptional service.
• Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities for enhancement, innovate processes, and establish best practices to drive efficiency and productivity.
• Collaboration : Coordinate seamlessly with other departments to ensure cohesive operations and a unified approach to company objectives.

Requirements :

• 2 years experience as a Warehouse Supervisor
• 2 years experience with Shipping / Receiving
• 2 years experience with Inventory Management
• 2 years experience with barcode systems
• Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques
• Ability to input, retrieve and analyze data
• Hands-on commitment to getting the job done
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations
• Strong organizational and time management skills
