Responsibilities : nAnswering our business line utilizing a multifunction switchboard. nEfficiently direct incoming calls to the appropriate dept and / or person.
nOccasionally take customer toner orders. nPerforms various clerical and accounting tasks, to include posting entries, verifying, reconciling and / or assisting in preparation of billing and other financial duties.
nStrong familiarity with filing. nKnowledge of email correspondence. nOperate office machines, such as computer, Copiers and calculator.
nPrepares outgoing mail or other outgoing material for delivery. nCreate and maintain Excel spreadsheets, type correspondence and post accounting data into accounting system.
nAssist with any clerical tasks assigned. n nJob Type : Full-time n Monday-Friday; 8am-5pm with the ability to work 40 hours a workweek
High School Graduate / GED
Knowledge of general office procedures and ability to use standard office equipment.
Good communication skills required.
Proficient with MS Word and Excel.
Data entry experience with good 10 key data entry skills.
