Job Description : We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team full-time at our office in Columbus, OH.

As our Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity of our brands across multiple platforms.

You'll work closely with our marketing, events, and operations teams to design eye-catching materials that resonate with our target audience and enhance the overall guest experience.Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute creative concepts and designs for a variety of print and digital materials, including menus, posters, social media graphics, email campaigns, signage, and promotional materials.
• Maintain and evolve the visual identity of our brands, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content for social media and online advertising.
• Assist in the design and production of in-house marketing materials for special events, seasonal promotions, and new menu launches.
• Work closely with the operations team to create functional and aesthetically pleasing signage and wayfinding for our venues.
• Stay up to date with design trends and best practices to continually bring fresh ideas to the table.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and design quality is maintained.
• Prepare files for print and oversee the production process to ensure final products meet the highest standards.Qualifications :
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 2+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in the hospitality, food and beverage, or lifestyle industries.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, from branding to digital and print materials.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout.
• Understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies is a plus.
