Duties :
EndpointSpecialists act as the primary customer liaison for all moves addsand change requests to the workstation environment atClient.
Responsibilitiesinclude coordinating the ordering configuration installation andremoval of all computers printers copiers and related peripheralequipment on Clientcampuses.
Work directlywith customers to evaluate needs pertaining to new requests forservices; preferred configuration of devices;
inquiries on productsand orders; and / or returns for product that has been ordered but nolongerneeded.
Gather documentand evaluate specific customer requirements in order to ensureproduct order is accurate complete and will support the customer sneeds.
Acting on behalfof the customer order electronic equipment within Lawson identifyand troubleshoot any ordering issues and engage senior work unitpersonnel and / or Supply Chain Management staff to resolve anyissues keeping the customer up to date on orderstatus.
Excellentinterpersonal communication and effective time management skills inorder to deliver outstanding customer service in a teambasedenvironment.
Projectmanagement proficiencies of effectively evaluating processimprovement opportunities in regard to equipment order lifecycle;
thorough documentation of work; and the ability to document andcommunicate concepts and procedures such as hardware and softwarerequirements purchase requisition information moves / adds / changescoordination / scheduling and other various workflows in a clearconcise easytounderstand manner for a large and diverse customerbase.
Education :
High School / GED with 4 years of experience in project coordination orderfulfilment or customer service role OR Associates degree with 2years of experience in project coordination order fulfilment orcustomer service role.
Or Bachelor s degree and excellent computertroubleshooting and problemsolvingskills.
