Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect with in-depth expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, and complex system integrations using MuleSoft.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in leading development efforts, driving integration initiatives, and producing high-quality technical documentation for complex systems.
They will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable and sustainable Salesforce solutions that meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and architect scalable Salesforce solutions, focusing on Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical standards.
- Act as a development lead, ensuring high-quality code standards, providing guidance to developers, and reviewing code to ensure best practices are followed.
- Lead integration efforts with multiple external systems using MuleSoft, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive solution design documents and technical design documents, articulating complex integration scenarios and technical specifications.
- Engage with business teams, technical teams, and third-party vendors to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure project success.
- Leverage expertise in Canvas or other Salesforce-integrated applications to enhance the platform’s capabilities and user experience.
Experience :
- 10+ years of IT experience with at least 5+ years in Salesforce architecture and solution design.
- Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ implementations.
- Proven track record in leading complex integrations with MuleSoft.
- Hands-on experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and APIs.
Technical Skills :
- Proficiency in Salesforce platform development, configuration, and integrations.
- Deep understanding of integration patterns and best practices using MuleSoft.
- Ability to review, analyze, and enhance Salesforce codebase to meet business needs.
- Experience with Canvas or other applications integrated into Salesforce.
- Excellent ability to document complex solutions in both solution design documents (SDD) and technical design documents (TDD).
- Strong communication skills to explain technical details to non-technical stakeholders.
