Billing Analyst

We are looking for a Billing Analyst responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include :

Supporting back office processes to ensure all customer commitments and expectations are met or exceeded.

Payable invoice entry, processing, and report generation.

Research and document payment status for exceptions received to industry invoices.

Payable requests from vendors and reconciled with customer accounting teams.

Weekly and monthly payable reconciliation and reporting.

Specific qualifications for the position include :

High School Diploma required, Bachelor's Degree preferred.

3+ years of high-billing experience.

Advanced competency in MS Excel.

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal and internal personal skills.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
