Salary : Compensation is a competitive compensation package including salary ($150K) plus commission, and benefits.

Job Summary : We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Marketing Leader with extensive experience in branding to join our growing team.

In this role, you will be instrumental in building and elevating their brand while driving product adoption within the insurance industry.

You will be leading to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, craft compelling messaging, and generate excitement around their product suite.

Job Responsibilities : Brand Development :

Define and execute the product brand strategy, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning across all marketing channels.

Coordinate with external marketing agencies to ensure alignment with the company's brand and marketing objectives.

Go-to-Market Strategy :

Develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies to launch new products and features, maximizing market penetration.Market Research :

Conduct in-depth market research to identify customer needs, competitive landscapes, and industry trendsProduct Messaging :

Work with the agency to develop compelling product messaging and positioning that resonates with target audiences, differentiating their product from competitors.Content Creation :

Lead the creation of high-quality marketing collateral, including videos, case studies, whitepapers, blog posts, and website content that effectively communicates the product's value proposition.

The 3rd party agency will be doing the final work to develop content.Launch Campaigns :

Plan and execute successful product launch campaigns, generating buzz and driving adoption including appropriate press releases.Performance Analysis :

Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.Industry Trends :

Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for IRIS.Event Planning :

Coordinate and execute industry events and conferences to increase brand visibility and generate leads.

Qualifications :

7-10 years of experience in product marketing, with a strong emphasis on branding and brand development.Proven track record of building and executing successful brand strategies.

Deep understanding of the insurance industry and its digital transformation.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives.

Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach to decision making.Experience in B2B technology marketing is preferred.
