The Position
The Executive Assistant supports CEO, executive staff and Board of Directors. Works independently and performs a wide range of complex and confidential administrative and clerical support duties.
Requires excellent computer, communication and interpersonal skills to effectively support and implement company policies, procedures and objectives.

Requirements :
- Full-Time Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM
- Experience in healthcare, nonprofit, or behavioral health setting preferred.
- Understand applicable standards and ensure / monitor compliance.
- Maintain the highest standards in ethical conduct and confidentiality.
- Model ideals of integrity, loyalty, and teamwork.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating instructions and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to speak effectively before staff, management, Board Members, and customers.
- Ability to function independently with minimal supervision. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form.
- Knowledge of substance abuse terminology is helpful.
- Advanced level skills in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) required.
Responsibilities :
The Executive Assistant will provide assistance and administrative support to the CEO and the Board of Trustees by performing the following duties.
Additional responsibilities include :
- Maintain the agency's corporate records and files.
- Coordinate the CEO's calendar and assist in setting appointments.
- Screen incoming calls and correspondence and respond independently when possible.
- Prepare agenda, notices, minutes and resolutions for governing Board and other committees, as assigned.
- Perform complex and confidential secretarial functions including developing and typing dictation or written correspondence.
- Type, process and distribute all correspondence initiated by CEO, including memos, faxes, photocopies, reports, purchase requisitions, payment requests and other forms and documents.
- Respond to routine internal and external correspondence.
- Arrange complex and detailed travel plans and itineraries for the CEO and others, as assigned
