How you will contribute :

The Project Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all construction activities and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards.

This role involves managing multiple construction projects, liaising with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, and leading a team of project managers.

The Project Operations Manager also serves to successfully administer the full life cycle of projects that vary in size, complexity, and duration within their assigned / designated division at J. F. Ahern.

What you need to qualify :

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

A minimum of five years' experience is optimal for success in this role. Specialized certifications such as NICET may be required but may be obtained upon hire.
