About the Role
The Executive Assistant will provide administrative and operational support to the global leadership team of Investment Research (IRLT) within the Investment Platform.
This role will specifically support multiple Directors as part of a three-person team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational, multi-tasking skills and excellent attention to detail along with outstanding service-orientation, mature judgment, diplomacy, and discretion.
They will be a team player with a strong work ethic and the capacity to prioritize in a deadline-driven environment while representing senior firm leadership with multiple internal and external constituencies.
Responsibilities
The Executive Assistant will manage the overall daily support needs of the team, including :
- Complex and proactive calendar management across time zones in a global team
- Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings and events
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, OneNote & PowerPoint) with an ability and desire to learn new technology to drive efficiencies
- Willingness to learn, use and help develop internal systems that help the function
- Schedule domestic and international travel arrangements
- Conduct research and generate various reports using internal and external information systems
- Handle daily mail, filing systems, expense tracking and reporting
- Provide cross-coverage and back-up support to other Assistants on IRLT and related leadership groups
- Assist with ad hoc project work, as required, within immediate team and broader firm leadership
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years' experience within an administrative role in a professional services organization
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, plus high level of reliability, professionalism, and discretion
- Strong service orientation and proactive problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritization abilities
- Fastidious detail orientation and overall work quality
- Ability to work under deadlines and to accommodate last-minutes changes
- Positive, can-do attitude; flexibility; sense of humor

We strive to pay employees fairly and competitively across all levels and roles. Our approach to compensation considers all aspects of total compensation;
all employees are eligible to receive salary, variable compensation, and benefits. The base salary range for this position is :
USD 55,000 - 100,000
This range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered when making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets;
role; skills and experience; certifications; and education. This range is an estimate, and further details on salary and total compensation aspects will be shared with candidates during the recruitment process.
Base salary is only one component of Wellington's total compensation approach. Other rewards may include a discretionary Corporate Bonus and / or Incentives, if eligible.
