This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to lead and manage civil engineering projects while actively contributing to the design process.
The ideal candidate is a licensed professional in California with a strong background in AutoCAD and Civil 3D, and is capable of running a team of engineers.
Key Responsibilities : Lead, manage, and oversee civil engineering projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget.
Actively participate in the design process using AutoCAD and Civil 3D, while mentoring junior engineers. Conduct site assessments, prepare technical reports, and provide expert guidance on project specifications.
Collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment with expectations. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and codes.
Manage project timelines, resources, and team members to achieve project goals. Required Qualifications : Licensed Professional Engineer in California.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D. Team management experience with the ability to lead and actively design using CAD. Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering design and project management. Strong leadership and communication skills, with a proven ability to run a team.
