Labor And Employment Attorney

Founded in 2003, Lydecker is a growing AV-rated full-service law firm with over 140 attorneys in thirteen offices throughout Florida, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, California, and Georgia.

We currently have an opening for a Senior Associate Attorney for our employment law practice in Florida.

This is a hybrid position - our office is located in Brickell in Miami. We may consider a remote working situation for the right candidate, but candidate must reside in Florida.

If you possess a strong work ethic and want to work in a fast-paced litigation department in the employment litigation practice group this may be the opportunity for you!

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of civil defense litigation experience, be self-motivated and a self starter with previous experience in labor & employment litigation.

Previous trial experience is a huge plus.

Trial experience is preferred!

This position requires a Florida bar license in good standing.
