Job Title : E-Retail Associate, Latin America (Spanish-speaking role)
Location : Miami
Hybrid Schedule : 2 remote work days per week
The E-Retail Associate, LATAM, will lead communication with LATAM markets, track performance, and provide actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.
They will ensure the smooth execution of e-retail initiatives and align all activities with brand objectives, working closely with the Regional E-Retail Specialist to enhance brand visibility and performance.

Reporting Tools : Experience using reporting tools and dashboards to monitor performance metrics and communicate findings to stakeholders.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Performance Tracking and Reporting : Monitor e-retail performance across LATAM markets, gathering and analyzing data to track KPIs (sales, ranking, brand visibility) and communicate insights to the E-Retail Specialist.
- Market Communication and Coordination : Lead monthly calls with assigned markets, following up on actionable items, coordinating with the E-Retail Intern on animations and deliverables, and ensuring timely execution.
- Support Execution of E-Retail Strategy : Collaborate with the E-Retail Specialist to execute the e-retail strategy, including brand investment, media plans, and influencer activations.
Ensure proper alignment with local market priorities.
- Competitor Analysis : Conduct in-depth analysis of competitor activities, providing insights to inform decisions about exclusive launches, campaign plans, and adjustments to the strategy.
- Collaborative Engagement : Work closely with commercial, marketing, and other internal teams to align execution with sales goals and media investment strategies, supporting strategic initiatives across the e-retail channel.
- Cross-Market Benchmarking : Provide benchmarks and best practices to support market performance.
- Coordinate and Implement : Lead the execution of e-retail animation guides and post-mortem reports, working closely with the E-Retail Intern to ensure timely and effective completion of tasks.
- Project Support : Assist the E-Retail Specialist with reporting and the implementation of strategic initiatives, helping to identify new opportunities for growth and brand elevation
Profile :
- 1-2 years of internship or permanent work experience in digital business and marketing.
- Familiarity with the luxury or beauty industry, with a sensitivity to brand representation and digital business dynamics.
- Fluent in both Spanish and English, with strong communication skills to engage effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer.
