Program Manager – Change Management & Communications
Santa Clara, CA | Contract | $125 / hr (based on experience)
Lead cross-functional coordination and governance for a large-scale IT integration, ensuring strategic alignment, stakeholder engagement, and smooth execution from Day 1 readiness to post-merger optimization.
Position Overview
The Program Manager will serve as the key liaison overseeing IT integration planning and execution across multiple workstreams. This role requires deep expertise in governance, enterprise systems, and organizational change management. You’ll ensure strategic alignment, support executive decision-making, and maintain transparent communication across stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Establish and lead the IT Integration Management Office (IMO) governance model and operating cadence
Drive strategic planning and M&A playbook updates for enterprise integrations
Oversee integration budgets, cost synergies, and tool administration
Coordinate cross-functional dependencies through the IT Integration Master Workplan
Develop and facilitate stakeholder communications, retrospectives, and scorecard reporting
Requirements
Required Qualifications
10+ years in IT program management or business systems analysis
Proven success leading enterprise-scale integration or change management programs
Strong background in governance, planning, and stakeholder engagement
Proficiency in Asana, Smartsheet, Confluence, and Google Workspace
