High School Diploma or GED.
Strong organizational skills, dependability , and ability to multi-task and work independently.
Must have patience, tact, cheerful disposition, and enthusiasm.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
Must have compassion for and a desire to work with the elderly.
