A top Am Law firm with a leading global corporate team in Los Angeles is seeking a mid-level Corporate M&A / PE associate to join their L.

To be successful in this role, you will have four to six years of experience managing M&A and private equity transactions from inception to completion at a top Am Law firm.
Experience in capital markets and joint ventures is a plus. If you are proactive, motivated, an effective communicator, intuitive, and a team player, you will thrive within this team.
Compensation : $250,000-$400,000 depending on experience plus bonus.
