Locum CRNA needed for PRN type coverage near Toledo, OH.

Current September Dates Needed : 16, 20, 27
Scheduled Hours : 7a-3p
Required Procedures : EGD & Colonoscopies only
Approximate # of Procedures per Shift : 10-15
4 Room GI Center / CRNA Model Only
EMR : GGastro Med System
Must have Active OH License
Rush Credentialing Available
Local Candidates Only
$500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
$Competitive Hourly pay + mileage + A++ rated malpractice insurance with tail coverage included.
