LHH Recruitment Solutions has an Accounts Receivable Specialist position open with our client in Downtown Orlando, FL. This is a full time, onsite, contract to hire role.
Responsibilities
Post and process cash receipts (lockboxes), ACH, and check payments daily
Review and monitor accounts receivable balances / aging
Respond to management's billing questions
Prepare bank deposits
Reconcile accounts
Experience
Minimum of 2 years of high volume accounts receivable experience required
Education
Associate degree in Accounting a plus
Knowledge / Skills
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) & Adobe DC
Working knowledge of Yardi and / or MRI preferred
Must be adaptable, customer service focused, detail & results-oriented
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
Work Hours / Pay Rate
Monday-Friday - 40 hours per week
$22-25 / hr.
