Job Description :
- Adhering to SLAs
- ITIL Processes awareness and adhering to
- Helping team members in case of Issues / Technical Problems
- Handling tickets / requests
- Troubleshooting technical issues
- Ensuring that the processes are adhered to
- Responsible for successful completion of Installation, configuration and migration
- Ensure maximum uptime according to the SLA
- Implementing new technologies and design changes
- Applying patches / upgrades to maintain security level
- Day-to-Day reporting analysis tasks
- Interaction with various technical tracks
- Vendor co-ordination & follow up
- Handling escalations
Required Skills
- Good Knowledge about ITIL, CMMi framework
- Good to have knowledge of at least one of the programming languages (C, , Windows Shell Scripting, Java / JE)
- Good knowledge of Windows servers OS, worked on latest Windows servers an IIS versions.
- Understanding and experience on deployments and release management
- Extensive knowledge of App / Web server IIS, Weblogic, Apache, ToClientat
- Extensive knowledge of IIS & .Net architecture
- Web site, application hosting on IIS
- Security vulnerability and remediation on IIS
- SSL installing, upgrade
- Basic understanding of Load balancer, Server Cluster
- Understanding around on setting up Scheduled Tasks and Service Accounts usage.
- Basic understanding of Monitoring tools like AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Splunk.
- Basic understanding of Networks with skills around Telnet, Netstat, DNS and AD fundamental
- Troubleshooting applications on Windows / Unix platform and interact with DB and infra teams.
- Troubleshooting the issue and log analysis (Event Viewer logs, IIS logs, Custom service logs, MS Debug Diag tool).
