We have an immediate opening for a Facilities Technician I (Hot Side). This position offers results-driven people a place where they can make a difference - every day! The ideal candidate will have expertise in HVAC, refrigeration, ice machines, preventative maintenance, electrical, plumbing, and general building maintenance, and repair.

HERE’S WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING :

As an integral member of the Facilities Team, this position is responsible for :

• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on cooking equipment to ensure proper functionality and safety.
• Perform light electrical tasks such as changing light bulbs, outlets, and switches as needed.
• Address minor plumbing issues such as leaks, clogs, and fixture repairs.
• Assist with general building repairs, including painting, carpentry, and minor installations.
• Conduct regular inspections of the restaurant facility to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards.
• Support the Facilities team in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all staff and customers.

HERE’S WHAT Education & Experience YOU WILL NEED :

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in facilities maintenance, preferably in a restaurant or similar environment.
• Basic knowledge of cooking equipment maintenance, light electrical work, and light plumbing tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Good communication skills and a team player mentality.
• Ability to work efficiently and independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Capability to work in a variety of indoor and outdoor environments.
